And feeding those fishes means that for this time she's not a burden anymore, quite the opposite, she's being very helpful others (only fishes, but still). And it's that feeling of being helpful to others that she seeks. Tochi High is one of the most recurring locations in Koe no Katachi, being the high school of Shōya Ishida for a majority of the series. Many of the details surrounding Tochi are left vague, appearing to be a fairly decent high school with a standard curriculum. The anime film shows that Shoya belongs to Class 3-B for his senior year of high school, which includes Miki Kawai as the class Koe No Katachi is a good movie imo. I think the art and atmosphere made people forget about it's flaws, I definitely were astound by how beautiful the movie was, and how the music fit perfectly in. I think it did well telling a story of forgiveness, even with it flaws.
